I'm So LuckyPosted by Kenton (Calgary, Canada) on 20 July 2009 in Landscape & Rural. As I was out for a run this morning I was, once again, struck by the beauty of my surroundings and how lucky I am to live here. Usually when I think that and am running, I continue to run. However today, I decided to take a minute to stop and grab a picture. So, this was taken with my phone and there fore the quality isn't that great, however it is the kind of scenery that I get to run/walk/cycle through on a daily basis. This is about a 15 minute jog from my house. The park is Fish Creek Provincial park and is in the city of Calgary, I don't go out of the city to find this. Fish Creek Park is one of the largest urban parks in North America. Many of my wildlife photos are also from this park. This image is geotagged on my Flickr stream if you're interested in the exact location. I always appreciate feedback and constructive criticism. Thanks for stopping by. You can visit me on Flickr as ks_focalpoint or on Fotopedia. I'm also working on a website of my own, stay tuned...
