@Paco Díaz: Yes, it is. This is a fairly exaggerated HDR, but the goal of bringing out more detail really worked.

@Kathryn: Yes, this is fairly exaggerated so I think I could have made it less dark but still retained the detail. Definitely need more experimentation ;)

@Denise: Thanks, that is the main reason I posted it. The HDR effects on the snow are kind of cool, but compared to the original the flare is really beautiful.

@Maxine: Yes they certainly do. Although I knew the flare would be there it is interesting to see how it actually affects the photo.

@Celeb: Thanks, yes the flare, I'm not convinced either but I felt the rest of the image could hold its own.
