Island Lake

This was the lake that was visible in some of the previous pictures up on the mountain. Called Island Lake there is a beautiful lodge and restaurant overlooking the lake.

gorgeous! this is your 'water's edge' photo! and not too surprisingly the landscape is quite similar! :) gorgeously done -- that water is beautifully still!!

@Observing: You actually can't really see the lake from the lodge, however there is no shortage of trees and mountains to look at.

sorry mate -- have been gone for a good number or days -- by 'water's edge' i meant that just a few days before i had posted a very similar shot -- quite identical considering the fact that we were both in very different places... but the feeling of wilderness and tranquility still came out the same! ;) gorgeous shot here mate!
