"Gear Jammer"Posted by Kenton (Calgary, Canada) on 30 August 2008 in Transportation. This isn't the most artistic photo, but these "creatures" have to be seen in their natural habitat. These old Ford buses are nicknamed "Gear Jammers" and are used to transport guests throughout Waterton-Glacier National Peace Park and take them to the various hotels. These buses travel on some very twisty and steep roads and it is quite amazing that they are still running. I think it is a testament to the mechanics that they are still so reliable. I always appreciate feedback and constructive criticism. Thanks for stopping by. You can visit me on Flickr as ks_focalpoint or on Fotopedia. I'm also working on a website of my own, stay tuned...
